Goods can be returned for refund or exchange if they are faulty, and at other times on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, following the return process below.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
Downloadable goods cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
Contact us via our email address as shown in your order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving the order.
When you email us, you must include:
- your order number (from order confirmation email)
- details of the problem
- how you would prefer the problem resolved.
We will then follow up with you directly about next steps.
